Jamey, Patsy, and Emma Skinner are residents of Lima, Ohio. Jamey is a 1987 graduate from Lima Central Catholic High School and is a Sprinkler Fitter by trade. He is the owner and operator of Armor Fire Protection, a family business his father and mother, John and Janet Skinner, started in 1992. Patsy is a 1996 graduate of Port Clinton High School. After high school, she earned a Bachelor’s of Education in Early Childhood Elementary PK-3rd grade. After teaching several years, Patsy completed her master’s degree in Language Arts Education and additionally received a Reading Endorsement certificate. Emma is the daughter of Jamey and Patsy Skinner. She attends St. Charles Catholic Elementary.
