Functional Training with M.I.H. Fitness
Join M.I.H. in a high-intensity interval training class (HIIT). This HIIT class requires participants to give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This HIIT class gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns fat in less time. MIIH understands that everyone's 100% is different and we are looking forward to helping participants push boundaries and reach new levels of fitness.
